Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Currently, we do not offer free shipping on both domestic or international orders.
How long will my order take to ship?
We work closely with DHL Express to ensure your order arrives safely to your door, wherever you are. Delivery times: UK = 1–2 Days. Europe = 2–3 Days. USA = 2–4 Days. Rest of World = 3–7 Days.
Can I collect my order from the store?
Click and collect is available within two hours of placing your order. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
Can I track my order?
You will receive tracking information via email. Tracking information is usually updated 1 working day after it is sent. If, on the rare occasion the tracking information is not updated, please get in contact with us at customerservice.online@machine-a.com and we can get this updated immediately.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
We will refund any item you are not completely happy with if you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address. Please return items unused, in their original packaging, with garment tags and any other security devices still attached. If we feel that for any reason the garment has been worn, the security tags have been removed, or the packaging is damaged in any way, then the item(s) will be returned to the sender and no refund will be given.
How do i return an item?
Returning your order to MACHINE-A is easy. Simply email us at customerservice.online@machine-a.com with the details of your order and reason for return. Upon doing so, you will be responded to within 2 working days with instructions on how to send the goods back.
Can I return an item in-store?
Feel free to return your order to the MACHINE-A store. Please ensure you show the store staff your order number when doing so.
What if I bought my item in-store?
ANY ITEMS THAT ARE PURCHASED IN-STORE, THROUGH EITHER A PAYMENT LINK OR QR CODE, ARE SUBJECT TO THE PHYSICAL STORE'S RETURNS POLICY. PLEASE REFER TO OUR RETURNS POLICY PAGE FOR MORE INFORMATION.
PAYMENTS
How will i know my payment was completed?
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, which means your order has registered and has been received by us.
what payment methods can i use?
We use the Shopify payment gateway, which allows you to pay with all major credit cards as well as digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Alipay and WeChat Pay.
How do i cancel my order?
Please email customerservice.online@machine-a.com to cancel an order. Upon cancellation of an order, MACHINE-A will refund the whole sum paid by you, if your order has already been shipped out your refund will exclude the costs of postage and packing for delivery to you within 14 days of you notifying us.
What currencies do you accept?
We currently accept payments in GBP, USD, EUR, JPY and KRW.
